Anyone who disagrees with Trump would get deported including Musk

(MENAFN) U.S. President Donald Trump said on Tuesday that he might consider the possibility of deporting Elon Musk, as tensions between the two intensified once again due to a Republican-supported financial legislation.

“I don’t know. We’ll have to take a look," Trump responded when questioned about the idea of Musk’s deportation.

These remarks followed Musk’s renewed disapproval of a major tax-reduction and expenditure bill. The Tesla and SpaceX CEO also declared he would consider forming a new political party if the legislation passes through Congress.

Trump hinted that the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) should reassess the federal benefits received by Musk's various enterprises.
"We might have to put DOGE on Elon. You know what DOGE is? DOGE is the monster that might have to go back and eat Elon," he said.

According to Trump, Musk is "very upset" because he no longer benefits from electric vehicle incentives, and warned that the billionaire "could lose a lot more than that."

‘DOGE is going to look at Musk’

The former alliance between Trump and Musk has transformed into an increasingly hostile public dispute, particularly since Musk began voicing opposition to the bill at the end of May.

In a post last month, Musk floated the idea of launching a new political faction, asking his followers on X whether it was “time to create a new political party in America that actually represents the 80% in the middle."

He later threw his support behind a follower’s idea to name the group the “America Party,” echoing the America PAC he founded the previous year. That committee spent $239 million during the 2024 election cycle to back Trump and other Republican candidates.
